Position Summary: Works under the supervision of the Office of the Health Systems Chief Medical Officer in coordination with the Data Trust Analytic Team and other Clinical Leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This role is responsible for data analytics, supporting performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. The role involves leading and coordinating system-wide, complex initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive operational and clinical improvements. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals, developing data-driven strategies, and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to navigate the complexities of health system operations effectively.

Salary Range: $29.63/hour to $51.87/hour. Compensation will be based on equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. If the range is listed as $0, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening before any formal offer.
