Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as Sr. Client Manager or Account Executive in Business Insurance.
• Proven track record of excellent client service and mentoring of colleagues.
• Strong understanding of Corporate, Compliance, and Surplus Lines Standards.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and outsourcing options to enhance operational efficiency.
• Positive, proactive, and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Exemplifies MMA Core Values: Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, Accountability.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Annual CE requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload distribution to balance client accounts with MD guidance.
• Lead proactive hiring and training to address capacity and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor performance and provide resources to improve processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate regular compliance and QA sessions.
• Encourage ongoing professional development and mentorship.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations with development goals.
• Organize team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and recruitment.
• Provide leadership updates to senior management on performance.
• Participate in strategic planning and annual on-site North Atlanta meeting.
• Manage crises and ensure team focus during transitions.
• Gather regular feedback from team members.
