Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Advisor to join the Business Insurance team in Florida. You will manage renewals, advise on technical insurance matters, and service existing accounts while mentoring colleagues.

The role emphasizes client service, written and verbal communication, mastery of Sagitta/System knowledge; strong MS Office skills; and compliance with Florida 2-20 license. Hybrid work and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally).
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage.
