Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Business Insurance Client Advisor to manage a high-profile book and deliver strategic insurance solutions for complex client needs.

You will renew, advise on technical aspects, mentor associates, and oversee receivables, with a focus on service excellence, strong communication, and proficiency in Sagitta and ImageRight.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Renewal Process for a high-profile book of business.
• Provide insurance advice on technical aspects and service for new/renewal business.
• Communicate with internal and external clients.
• Master Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system.
• Mentor associates and lead by example.
• Problem solving including abstract reasoning.
• Manage client accounts receivables/payables.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organization.

A day in the life. As a Business Insurance Client Advisor will be accountable for managing a high-profile book of business that is complex to handle and generates substantial revenue that is critical to the company operations.

• Manage Renewal Process
• Provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts
• Communication/Client Service (internal & external clients)
• Master Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system
• Mentor associates
• Problem solving including abstract reasoning
• Manage client accounts receivables/payables
• Time management and organization

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight
