Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Miami, FL is seeking a Client Advisor to manage renewals, provide expert insurance advice, and deliver exceptional client service. The role requires a Florida 2-20 license, 5 years of account management in an insurance agency, and supervisory experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and Sagitta is preferred, with ImageRight familiarity a plus. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for mentorship and career growth within a leading professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active and current Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally).
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Renewal Process.
• Provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts.
• Communication/Client Service (internal & external clients).
• Master Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system.
• Mentor associates.
• Problem solving including abstract reasoning.
• Manage client accounts receivables/payables.
• Time management and organization.
