Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team in Florida to manage renewals, advise on insurance solutions, and support client service for internal and external contacts. The role requires a current Florida 2-20 license, five years in account management, and supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will mentor colleagues, master Sagitta, and ensure accurate receivables/payables while delivering professional growth and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally).
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight

Responsibilities
