Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group LLP, a Raleigh, NC-based immigration firm, has an immediate opening for a full‑time, experienced Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal.

This position may be located in-house or hybrid with an optional remote working schedule arrangement.

Starting salaries for our paralegals are based on experience.

You will be responsible for assisting small, medium, and large-sized companies with their business immigration and global mobility needs.

As a Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal, you will personally prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, and other nonimmigrant visa applications as well as PERM cases. Other duties will include compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, communicating with our clients and their employees, and organizing and maintaining detailed client documentation.

Qualifications for our Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal

You must have:

• At least 3 years of progressive experience as an immigration paralegal filing employment‑based petitions is required, but 5 years or more of experience is strongly preferred.
