Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group LLP in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal with strong experience in employment-based petitions. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience as an immigration paralegal filing employment-based petitions is required, but 5 years or more of experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience filing petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, and other nonimmigrant visa applications, as well as I-140/I-485 applications.
• Experience with all aspects of the PERM process.
• Exceptional client service attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with clients, co-workers, and attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Initiative, flexibility, and a proven record of working independently to complete assignments thoroughly to the end without supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, immigration case management software, and document management systems.
• Outstanding case management and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN and other nonimmigrant visa applications as well as PERM cases.
• Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and communicate with clients and employees.
• Organize and maintain detailed client documentation.

Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group LLP, a Raleigh, NC-based immigration firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal.

You will be responsible for assisting small, medium, and large-sized companies with their business immigration and global mobility needs.

As a Business/Employment Immigration Paralegal, you will personally prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, and other nonimmigrant visa applications as well as PERM cases. Other duties will include compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, communicating with our clients and their employees, and organizing and maintaining detailed client documentation.

This position may be located in-house or hybrid with an optional remote working schedule arrangement.

Starting salaries for our paralegals are based on experience.
