Overview

Leading global law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support a growing Global Employment practice. This role offers the opportunity to be the first dedicated immigration paralegal within an expanding global immigration group and play a key role in shaping internal processes and best practices.

What You'll Do

• Support employment‑based immigration matters for technology clients ranging from startups to industry leaders
• Manage the full lifecycle of nonimmigrant petitions (H‑1B, TN, L‑1, O‑1, E‑2, E‑3)
• Handle permanent residency matters, including PERM, I‑140, and I‑485 applications
• Partner closely with attorneys on case strategy, process improvement, tracking, and compliance
• Monitor deadlines, status expirations, and immigration trends
• Coordinate with international counsel on global immigration matters

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of employment‑based immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant processes
• Experience preparing and filing petitions with USCIS and DOL
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client‑service skills
• Proficiency with immigration tracking software
