Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Minimum 4 years of business immigration paralegal experience with strong knowledge of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based immigration cases, including case intake, strategy development, document analysis, and preparation of petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign nationals, providing case updates, troubleshooting issues, and addressing procedural questions.
• Monitor case progress using case management and billing systems, oversee workloads, run reports, and assist with case reviews and billing approvals.
• Identify process improvements, support team training and onboarding, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
