Qualifications

• Business immigration paralegal experience with strong knowledge of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based immigration cases, including intake, strategy development, document analysis, and preparation of petitions and applications.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and foreign nationals, providing updates and addressing procedural questions.
• Monitor case progress using case management and billing systems; oversee workloads, generate reports, and assist with billing approvals.
• Identify process improvements and support team training to enhance client service and efficiency.
