BCG Attorney Search seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Silver Spring, MD for a full-time hybrid role. You will manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload and provide strategic counsel to clients through filings and approvals.

Ideal candidates have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, active bar membership, and at least 3 years' experience with E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1 cases. Excellent writing and client-service skills are essential.

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time, hybrid role involves managing a business immigration caseload, providing strategic legal counsel, and supporting clients throughout the immigration process. Requirements
