Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience drafting immigration cases and handling clients including EB-1A, O-1A, EB-2 NIW, and I-140.
• Proven track record managing a high volume of cases from routine to complex.
• Excellent written communication translating complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapid change while delivering results.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and client satisfaction.
