Freudenberg Flow Technologies in Houston is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on engineered seals to drive revenue growth across energy markets.

You will develop new business with OEMs, EPCs, and end users, translate customer needs into commercial opportunities, and collaborate with a global cross-functional team. This hybrid role requires a technical degree, 5–7+ years in related fields, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline; engineering or other technical degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, sales engineering, or strategic account management within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
• Experience with engineered sealing solutions strongly preferred, including sealing technologies, materials, applications, and performance requirements; experience with mechanical seals, elastomers, polymers, gaskets, expansion joints, rotating equipment, fluid handling, or similar engineered products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success developing new business, penetrating new accounts, and converting technically complex opportunities into profitable revenue growth.
• Strong pipeline management, CRM, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and value-selling skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex and long-cycle opportunities independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional manufacturing or engineering organization and travel domestically and internationally as required.
