Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 5+ years of Workday experience (gathering requirements, testing, configuration) with emphasis on payroll.
• Workday Payroll certification is a definite plus.
• Excellent communication skills interacting with product, technology, and executive leadership.
• 5+ years' Workday experience.
• Workday Payroll product expertise.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira.
• Strong testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting deliverables across policies and compliance.
• Strategically collaborate with client personnel.
