Everforth Apex Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to lead cross-functional initiatives across lending operations, driving large-scale planning, process improvements, and implementation within wholesale operations.

You will facilitate meetings, track timelines, manage issues, and collaborate with leadership to deliver enhancements while thriving in an Agile environment; strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategy or project delivery experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Ability to re-prioritize work in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job description

Business Execution Consultant

Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Onsite)

In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. This position supports lending capabilities within wholesale operations, leading project teams and managing activities throughout the project life-cycle. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
