Job summary

Hexaware in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Management Trainee – Business Development to learn and support lead generation, client strategy, and pursuit activities on-site. You will work with the Senior BDM to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, market research, and building relationships with internal teams and clients to drive revenue growth while developing core BD skills for a fast-growing IT and consulting services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
• Master’s degree in CS or related field considered if undergraduate CS.
• Master's degree must be completed by May 2026.
• 2+ years of work experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest and experience in infrastructure technologies (AWS, ServiceNow, networking).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior BDM to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decisions.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Support the preparation of business reports, forecasts, and metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Learn and contribute to innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Actively network with clients to build rapport and identify opportunities.
