About the Role:

TheSenior Management Traineewill work closely with theSenior Business Development Manager (BDM), receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to support business development activities for a key customer in the Financial Services domain. This role is ideal for high-potential individuals passionate about driving business growth and gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior BDM to understand customer needs, market trends, and business strategies for the existing customer.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical exposure to business development activities.
  • Support the preparation of business reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Actively network with clients in both formal and informal settings to build rapport, foster relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required
  • A master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field will be considered if the undergraduate degree is in Computer Science
  • Candidates must have already graduated or be on track to graduate with a Master’s degree by May 2026

Skills and Expertise:

  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest and experience in infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, ServiceNow, networking).
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services domain (a plus).
  • Comfort and confidence in networking with clients across formal and informal settings.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be on-site 5 days a week.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
