Job summary

Brighton Jones is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and support the sales process in an in-office role. You will manage prospecting, pipeline integrity, and client information while creating proposals and coordinating meetings across the team.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years in sales/marketing support, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Marketing or Business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in sales, marketing and/or sales operations support preferred.
• Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, versatility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Love working in a support role, facilitating the sales process and helping the team achieve annual new families and revenue goals.
• Own the prospect journey, pipeline integrity, and assist with entry of client information and scheduling meetings.
• Create and update business development proposals and presentation materials.
• Provide calendar management and scheduling support for business development.
• Develop reports, dashboards and ad hoc sales reporting to support performance.
• Attend and participate in sales team meetings and regular reporting on targets.

Education
