For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $72,800-$109,200.00 per year, including base pay and short-term incentive.

The salary range applies to candidates within the United States. Compensation is determined by role responsibility, performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is within the US Home & Distribution Business Unit, responsible for sales growth with electrical contractors in residential and light commercial markets via wholesale distribution.

The successful candidate will promote our residential and light commercial electrical products by leading deployment of the Square D Mobile Innovation Trailer at wholesale locations, trade shows, and events.

Reporting to the regional Business Development Manager, the role involves training electrical wholesale personnel and contractors on the value of Square D solutions.

This job might be for you if:
  • You're able to promote our residential products and value propositions in the single and multifamily markets.
  • You can coordinate with distributors for event success.
  • You review promotional materials and manage inventory of new offers.
  • You track goals related to the trailer program and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • You expose contractors to digital tools like the contractor portal and manage registration data.
  • You provide feedback from events to improve programs and ensure high customer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field (EE/ME preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drive a 3/4 ton truck and manage trailer maintenance.
  • Interest in energy management and electrical markets.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
