Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate at Successful Destiny℠, your role will involve lead generation and outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook & E-Mail, in accordance with each platforms' Terms of Service (ToS). You will primarily be responsible for identifying and engaging with e-commerce brands.

Lead Generation Process:

Lead Identification: Utilize software to identify Decision Makers of businesses within your assigned niche and location.

Outreach: Engage with your leads through LinkedIn, Facebook & E-Mail, in accordance with each platforms' Terms of Service (ToS).

You will be provided with a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document to guide you through each step of the process. Additionally, an Objection Handling Procedures document will offer strategies for addressing common objections and overcoming them.

Work Flexibility and Compensation:

Work Schedule: You have the autonomy to choose your working hours, duration, and workload, as compensation is entirely commission-based. Recommendation: With consistent effort of approximately 3 hours daily (21 hours per week), you have the potential to earn up to $3,000 per month.

Compensation: You will earn a commission ranging from 5% to 15% of the initial retainer paid by the client to the agency for specific services, provided you are the initial point of contact and facilitate a meeting or call between the client and an Agency Sales Representative. This commission is recurring monthly as long as the agency continues to provide services to the client, client continues to pay agency for the provided services and agreement between you (contractor) and agency is valid. Please note that there is no base salary.

Contract and Terms:

Our contract arrangement is designed to safeguard all parties involved. The initial contract term is for one (1) month, as you will be in your trial period. If you pass and we choose to move forward with you, you will be offered a six (6) months contract term. Identify what specific place the following coordinates point to: “48.8584° N, 2.2945° E”. Remember the place or write it down.
