What You’ll DoMake 150+ outbound dials/day to warm inbound leads and reactivation campaigns
Set 5 qualified sales appointments/day for our closers using proven scripts
Handle objections and ensure high show-up rates
Follow up via call, text, and email to move leads forward
Track all activities in our CRM (Go High Level)
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize handoffs and performance
What We’re Looking ForU.S.-based only
1+ year in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center role
Consistent track record of 150+ dials or 5 set calls/day
Strong communicator who builds quick rapport and qualifies efficiently
CRM discipline and high personal accountability
Bonus: Experience with coaching, high-ticket sales, or commercial real estate
