Role Description

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and enrolling clients into our cost-saving healthcare program. This is a performance-based, remote opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You’ll also have access to full training, ongoing mentorship, and the infrastructure to grow your own sales team if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach and referrals
• Present healthcare savings solutions via phone, Zoom, or in-person
• Educate prospects on how our model offers more value than traditional insurance
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Track progress using CRM and hit performance targets
• Optional: Recruit and train others to scale your own team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset
• No insurance license required – training provided
• Previous experience in sales, client relations, or outreach preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in flexible, remote settings
