Arizona Roofers is seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Business Development professional to drive growth across Arizona. You will leverage existing relationships, craft strategic proposals, and lead opportunities from initial meeting to close.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial roofing sales, deep product knowledge (TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, SPF), and a proven ability to build long-term accounts while expanding service, maintenance, and new-construction work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or related field.
• Deep knowledge of TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, SPF and maintenance.
• Existing relationships in the Arizona commercial market preferred.
• Proven history closing significant commercial revenue.

Commercial Roofing Business Development

Arizona Roofers is looking for the BEST.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Roofing Business Development professional who knows the Arizona commercial market and is ready to help us aggressively grow our commercial division.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We want someone who understands commercial roofing, knows how to build long-term relationships, can create opportunities instead of waiting for leads, and has a proven track record of bringing business through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Arizona
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, asset managers, GCs, developers, and other decision-makers
• Prospect and generate your own opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, associations, events, and existing relationships
• Help grow our service, maintenance, restoration, re-roof, and commercial new-construction business
• Perform initial customer meetings and help identify roofing needs and opportunities
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and leadership to develop solutions and proposals
• Follow up on proposals and actively work opportunities through closing
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently pursue new accounts
• Represent Arizona Roofers professionally at networking events, industry organizations, and customer meetings
• Develop long-term accounts that generate repeat service, maintenance, and capital roofing projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years preferred in commercial roofing sales, business development, account management, or a closely related construction field
• Strong commercial roofing knowledge; TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, SPF, maintenance, and re-roofing experience is a major plus
• Existing relationships within the Arizona commercial property market strongly preferred
• Proven history of generating and closing significant commercial revenue
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities
• Organized enough to manage a large pipeline and consistently follow up
• Someone who is hungry, competitive, professional, and wants to build something—not just collect a paycheck
