Job description

Position: Business Development Sales Executive

Location: Remote (Within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC)

Compensation: Six-figure base salary + uncapped commission

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for business development? Do you have experience selling retail store fixtures, particularly in the DIY sector? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client is a US-based leading manufacturer of metal and wire fixtures, and they’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth. This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must be located within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DIY retail sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including marketing managers, buyers, merchandisers, and procurement teams.
  • Drive sales growth by developing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in retail store fixtures, displays, or related industries.
  • Strong network and experience working with major DIY retailers and brands.
