Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities
  1. Meet sales targets by increasing market share, improving sales channels, raising prices, and maintaining dealer stock levels.
  2. Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the golf or sports science markets.
  3. Influence buying decisions positively while building strong relationships.
  4. Assist dealers and customers with inquiries, resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Expand the customer base, including end consumers, retailers, and importers.
  6. Maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
  7. Identify key contacts and channels to grow business opportunities.
  8. Represent the company at events such as tournaments, trade shows, exhibitions, and local dealer events.
  9. Set and manage pricing schedules, return policies, and discounts for B2B customers.
  10. Oversee sales and service accounting, recordkeeping, and shipping activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the golf industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in iOS, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 50% within the West Coast region, including tournaments and trade shows.
Preferred
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in the golf industry.
  • Experience with SAP.
