Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in North Carolina. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive dealers and partners, and conducting outreach through calls, visits, and presentations. The specialist will perform market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and will use this information to support lead generation and pipeline growth. Daily activities include qualifying prospects, coordinating meetings and demos, collaborating with internal teams on proposals and pricing, and providing follow-up support to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves tracking activities in CRM tools, meeting performance targets, and representing the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and support client needs.
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess opportunities, understand trends, and make data-informed recommendations.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
