Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow commercial restoration services in assigned markets. You will build relationships with property managers and business owners, prospect actively, and lead the development of new accounts while expanding existing ones.

Qualifications

Two or more years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within your assigned territory.
Stay visible in the market by making consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts.
Educate clients on Paul Davis services and how we can help them prepare for and recover from property losses.
Collaborate with our Operations and Estimating teams to ensure a smooth transition once a project is awarded.
Maintain accurate activity and account information within our CRM.
Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the Paul Davis brand throughout the community.

Requirements

Two or more years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience.
Commercial sales experience is preferred.
Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
