Job description

The Commercial Business Development Manager is responsiblefor driving growth and expanding the company's market presence within thecommercial restoration industry. This role involves identifying and pursuingnew business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships withkey stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market share. TheCommercial Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales,marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution ofbusiness development initiatives. This role requires managing relationships and asking for opportunities to create new business.

PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in thecommercial restoration market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase marketshare and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including property managers, facility managers, insuranceadjusters, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitivelandscape, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposalsto prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve salestargets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to developand execute effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, bestpractices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networkingopportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Track and report on business development activities,results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
