Job summary

Aughdem Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation in the Los Angeles market. The role reports to the Principal and focuses on expanding Aughdem’s presence in North America.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to hit outbound targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally in a professional services or recruitment environment.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through a high volume of outbound prospecting, targeting approximately 90% of overall activity.
• Manage inbound lead generation and qualification, representing approximately 10% of overall activity.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Principal and broader business development team.
• Travel quarterly to the head office to connect with the broader team and align on strategy.
