Kunes Auto Group is hiring a Service BDC Representative to drive appointments and nurture client relationships. You’ll be the friendly voice behind inbound leads, converting interest into showroom visits across our Midwest network.

We seek upbeat, team-oriented individuals with strong phone skills, CRM experience, and a track record of reliable follow-up. Earn hourly pay plus commission with uncapped growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ years experience as a BDC
• Strong phone presence to control conversations
• Ability to handle high-volume environment
• Self-motivated with a production mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools like VinSolutions or Dealertrack

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the friendly voice setting appointments and building lasting relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Own

• Lead Conversion: Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
• Outbound Execution: Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
• Multi-Channel Communication: Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
• Appointment Quality: Not just setting—setting appointments that show and sell
• Follow-Up Discipline: Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
• CRM Mastery: Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience as a BDC EQUIRED
• Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
• Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred

Compensation

• Hourly + Commission Structure
• On-Target Earnings: $3K - $5K per month (based on experience and performance)
• No cap for high performers
