Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• No prior sales experience needed; 2 years post-grad work in customer service/retail/hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through online research, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on target markets and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify new business prospects.
