Job summary

Toyota of Des Moines is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our service team. The primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients.

Schedule is 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $20 per hour. Ideal candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and prior outbound call experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and personable demeanor.
• Previous outbound call experience required.
• Task-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Have a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Will submit to a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads from multiple sources and set appointments with clients.
• Log all customer details and comments in the contact management system.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
