Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking an entry level Business Development Representative to support and manage RTS Carrier Services accounts in a fast-paced sales environment. The role emphasizes building relationships, onboarding new clients, and identifying growth opportunities across existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, organization, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support and manage new and existing RTS Carrier Services accounts
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Track client relationships and communicate status clearly and timely
• Contribute to product marketing, presentations, and sales tools
• Support strategic planning and market analysis efforts
