Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite).
• Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships through clear communication.
• Analyze existing client accounts to identify, upsell and cross‑sell sales growth opportunities.
