Job Description:

Sales Development Representatives are responsible for sales lead research, generation, follow-up, and prospecting activities through various communication channels. They advance the sales process by setting up introductory meetings and entering new opportunities in CRM.

  1. Identify potential opportunities from sales prospects.
  2. Manage lead pipeline activities and opportunity generation goals.
  3. Review and act on leads assigned or other requests in CRM.
  4. Update prospect information in CRM.
  5. Engage and set appointments with prospects in cooperation with sales territory owners.
  6. Contact prospects based on marketing campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and other teams for lead generation and qualification.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum relevant work experience required is at least two (2) years performing activities such as cold calling and/or lead generation with industry experience. Technical education or equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school is also required.
