Job summary

American Management Association in the United States is seeking a Business Development Representative to reactivate dormant accounts and support current customers in planning their employees' professional development needs.

You will contact dormant accounts, verify and update customer profiles, and provide exceptional service as you organize daily schedules. The role requires strong customer focus, time management, and the ability to commute to Saranac Lake daily while contributing to growth.

Qualifications
