Job summary

Certified Fleet Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This full-time position offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $110,000 annually and is commission-eligible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and establishing relationships, while ensuring effective communication of services required for fleet maintenance.

Job description

Certified Fleet Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Tampa, FL team. This is a full‑time, commission‑eligible position with a base salary range of $65,000–$110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Communicate recommended products and services needed for fleet repair and maintenance.
  • Master company knowledge, product lines, and delivery model.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations with the highest level of integrity.
  • Maintain customer contact volume standards by conducting outbound calls and converting prospects into service agreements.
  • Complete CardoneU Training daily and attend weekly sales meetings in the office.
  • Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process to ensure delivery of information and any additional authorizations.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing and potential customers.
