Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in North Jersey is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base across Fairfield and the surrounding territory. This role is built for a driven, in-person seller who wants uncapped earning potential backed by a national brand.

You will meet with business decision-makers, make high-volume calls, manage a daily and quarterly sales plan, and own a Top 20 Hit List of key prospects while delivering Express products and services to new clients.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident seller with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong organization and diligent follow-through on tasks and timelines.
• B2B or outside sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business decision-makers to assess needs and secure new accounts.
• Make 175 sales calls weekly (phone and in-person), including 60 face-to-face meetings.
• Manage a daily and quarterly sales plan targeting new business.
• Own a Top 20 Hit List of key prospects.
• Research accounts, schedule meetings, and deliver tailored presentations.
• Log all activity in CRM and move prospects through the pipeline.
• Classify accounts and set call frequency by business potential.
• Grow key accounts through knowledge campaigns and outreach.
• Sell the full Express product and service line.
• Deliver the Client Care Packet to every new client.

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 base + uncapped commission

• Own a Top 20 Hit List of key prospects
• Research accounts, schedule meetings, and deliver tailored presentations
• Log all activity in our CRM and keep prospects moving through the pipeline
• Classify accounts and set call frequency based on business potential
• Grow key accounts through value-added outreach like knowledge campaigns, MPC calls, and Refresh Leadership invites
• Sell the full Express product and service line
• Deliver the Client Care Packet to every new client
