Fully Promoted Fairfield NJ is seeking a Sales Representative to build our client base from the ground up—real relationships with local businesses, not cold numbers on a spreadsheet. You’ll prospect, present Fully Promoted’s apparel, promotional products, and branding solutions, and own the full sales cycle.

This hybrid role lets you prospect in the field while owning the full deal—quoting, coordinating with suppliers, and closing orders. As we grow, your leadership path may open.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in territory B2B sales or similar roles.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners daily.
• Self-motivated with territory ownership and time management.
• No degree required; hiring on track record and attitude.

Responsibilities

Fully Promoted Fairfield NJ is looking for a Sales Representative to build our client base from the ground up — real relationships with real local businesses, not cold numbers on a spreadsheet.

This is a hybrid role: you'll be out in the field prospecting, but you'll also own the full deal — coordinating quotes and working with our supplier network to get every order across the finish line. As we grow, your role sharpens toward what you do best: closing. And the sales rep who masters this business has a real shot at running it — in 2-3 years, as we scale, this could become a leadership role overseeing the full operation.
