Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking driven outside sales professionals to join our growing team in MN. This full-time role focuses on selling and renting capital medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities. If you are persistent, possess strong communication, and enjoy controlling your own destiny, we want to hear from you.

Our compensation includes an uncapped commission structure and a path to leadership based on performance. Travel is required as a road warrior across our markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation with competitive drive.
• Integrity and creativity in problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree or healthcare professional license preferred.
• Military background considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of medical/outside sales experience preferred.
• Capital medical equipment or hospital/homecare sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent capital medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Develop and manage hospital accounts and relationships.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions for customers.
