Job summary

AL Solutions in Miami is seeking ambitious sales-minded individuals to join our life sciences recruitment team. This is a recruitment/sales role, not HR, with a base salary of 50,000–80,000 USD plus an OTE of 100,000–150,000+ and 20–25% flat commission.

You'll receive an intensive 8-week training academy, direct mentorship from the Global CEO, and uncapped earnings with monthly commissions. Office-based in Brickell with Wednesdays work-from-home and a strong growth path toward partnership.

Job description

Base Salary: $50,000-$80,000 depending on experience

OTE: $100,000-$150,000+

Commission: 20-25% flat commission

Location: Miami, Brickell | Office-based, WFH Wednesdays
