Mara Talent Ltd. is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Miami team in healthcare and life sciences recruitment. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling live roles and building strong client relationships.

You’ll receive direct mentoring from a top-performing biller, with travel across major US markets to meet clients and observe how top billers operate. A proactive, energetic self-starter mindset is essential for success.

The opportunity

This is a chance to join an award-winning international recruitment business with offices across the UK, US, and Europe, specializing in healthcare and life sciences. The desk covers pharma, biotech, and medical technology, working with some of the most innovative companies in these fields.

What the job actually involves

You’ll join a high-performing Miami team where the pace is fast and the work is real. Consultants here average four live roles a week, and you’ll be mentored directly by a $700k YTD biller, learning from one of the best in the business through hands on, 1:1 support. The role also includes frequent travel to major client hubs including Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco, giving you face time with clients and a front-row seat to how top billers operate.
