A local Buy Here Pay Here car dealership in the Philadelphia area is expanding its Business Development Center. The role focuses on phone work, taking inbound and making outbound calls to generate customer interest and bring people in the door.

Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, sometimes with minimal supervision. There is an hourly rate plus a generous bonus plan, with a flexible schedule likely from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a big plus.

This position will entail mostly phone work, handling inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and getting them in the door. Candidate MUST be able to work independently AND as a part of a team, sometimes under minimal supervision. There is an hourly rate plus a generous bonus plan.

Schedule can be flexible, probably leaning towards a later shift, approximately 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and every other Saturday.
