Job summary

Nucar Automall in Allentown, PA is seeking a Scheduler/BDC Representative to handle heavy inbound and outbound calls to set appointments and support the sales team. The role emphasizes building rapport with customers, strong phone etiquette, and timely follow-up.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in CS or sales calls, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience handling inbound/outbound CS or sales calls.
• Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
• Experience in inside internet marketing and/or scheduling sales appointments.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-disciplined with a positive attitude and quick learning ability.
• Professional demeanor; handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Strong customer service skills and issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed department KPIs measuring performance.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; typing/writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and three years driving experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience handling inbound / outbound CS or sales calls.
• Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
• A proven history of inside internet marketing and / or scheduling sales appointments.
• The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
• Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
• Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
• The ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
• Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and have 3 years driving experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
