Raceway Chevrolet in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Business Development Center (BDC) Associate to join our dealership team. You will manage inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule showroom appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Spanish, excels in a fast-paced environment, and builds strong customer relationships to drive appointments and conversions. Automotive experience is a plus, training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred, automotive background a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM software and dealership systems proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and internet leads while responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Qualify leads, answer basic vehicle and financing questions, and schedule and confirm appointments for test drives, appraisals, and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, complete daily follow-up tasks, and re-engage unsold, missed, and inactive leads.
• Communicate with Sales Consultants and Management to ensure a smooth transition from lead to showroom visit.
• Build strong customer relationships while working toward lead response, appointment, and conversion goals.
• Participate in training and sales meetings while following dealership policies and customer privacy requirements.
