Qualifications

• Automotive sales or BDC experience required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• VinSolutions experience required.
• Impel AI or similar tool experience is a plus.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Process-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable.
• Able to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100-150 customer communications per day by phone, text, and email
• Set a minimum of 150 appointments per month
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines
• Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and consistently
• Overcome objections and move conversations toward an appointment
• Log activity and maintain accurate CRM notes
