Job Type: Full-time

First-Year Earning Potential: $80,000–$90,000+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads across multiple channels with an exceptional prospect experience.
  • Manage a qualified pipeline and consistently drive outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls, tours, face-to-face visits, social selling, and networking events.
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on strategic customer profiles.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Create customized proposals that showcase our value.
  • Log all activities in CRM and track performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of business development or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close deals.
