Valley Springs Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Business Development Representative to implement its growth plan and cultivate relationships with hospital referral sources. You will partner with the BD Director and engage with the community to raise awareness and drive patient referrals.
The role includes account management, identifying new referral sources, coordinating admissions with intake and other departments, and supporting marketing events.

The Business Development Representative is responsible, in conjunction with the BD Director, for implementing the hospital's business development plan/strategy. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attends community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, referral sources and the community, consistently providing an high level of customer service.
