CarsDirect.com in El Segundo, CA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—in a B2B automotive environment. You will handle outbound outreach and rapid follow-up to convert leads.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized, capable of making 50–60 calls daily, with strong written and verbal communication. Uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Schedule/Work-type: Starts 5 days in office (M-F, 8-hour workdays, Full time 40 hours)

Compensation: Starts at $50,000 base salary ($24.04/hr) + uncapped commissions

Sales Scope: Full-cycle (prospecting to close)

Prospecting Method: Outbound prospecting (cold calling cold leads)

CarsDirect/AutoCreditExpress is in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in El Segundo, CA.

Our ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, and a take-charge individual who can take prospects through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Skills and Experience:

• B2B sales experience preferred (at least 6 months of experience)
• Automotive and social media experience (plus)
• Excellent phone skills (50-60 cold calls per day) and written communication.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong sales results paired with a high degree of initiative, follow‑up, and product retention.
• Proficiency in workplace applications such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

Compensation: $50,000.00 base, with top reps consistently making $80,000+ in total compensation. Commissions are paid monthly.
